Adam has a broad-based accounting and finance background spanning public accounting, fortune 100 companies,  and PE / VC backed portfolio companies.   He has a successful track record of supporting strategy development and business execution.  Adam's experience spans several industries including: Health and Wellness, Life Sciences and Biotech, Aerospace and Defense, and Oil and Gas.  

Prior to Roots CFO, Adam accumulated extensive experience in finance leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and United Technologies. Throughout his career, he has provided strategic guidance, M&A support, and financial discipline focusing on top line growth, optimizing profitability, and enhancing cash flow.
